DESIGN
DESIGN
When you clicked “Design” you probably expected to see a bunch of graphic design work. Although I use some visual design skills in my work, I’m not a graphic designer. Design, in my case, means “human-centered design” – I work to bring design mindsets into public services to make them more human-friendly, participatory, and ultimately, more equitable. In my design approach, I bring a wide toolkit of frameworks and build a design process that welcomes joy, vulnerability, and collaboration.
I am currently freelancing, focusing on projects in climate, conservation, and social impact. I usually help clients with ethnographic research, workshop facilitation, vision setting, stakeholder alignment, journey & process mapping, value proposition definition – all in service of orchestrating / re-designing their services and offerings to be better for the communities they serve.
“If it’s not soulful, it’s not strategic.”
Please note: these are a sample of selected projects due to client confidentiality.
