I led a project with HP to re-envision the future of their technology events as a result of COVID-19. I collaborated with a design researcher, organized and led end-user interviews, managed the relationship with HP, mapped the customer journeys, synthesized the research, and co-created research and strategic deliverables.

Due to the confidential nature of this work, I cannot share an in-depth case study but I’m happy to answer specific questions or show specific deliverables during an interview walkthrough.
